Parent epic: [E16] Theme contract verification (#44)

Intent

Provide a development-only gallery that renders every theme-relevant component state so a theme can be verified against the contract.

Acceptance criteria

  • Gallery renders heading hierarchy, body text, links, and navigation
  • Gallery renders buttons, forms, quote, and code blocks
  • Gallery renders metadata, error state, and empty state
  • Gallery renders long/unbroken content and narrow/mobile width
  • The gallery is development-only and not part of the public site

Explicitly out of scope

  • The Test Light theme itself (E16-S02)
  • Theme failure scenarios (E16-S03)

Test plan

  • Visually verify the gallery under Amber and confirm it is absent in production

Rollback note

  • Revert the gallery route and components; no data migration
