Parent epic: [E20] Backup/restore (#48)

Intent

Run a scheduled/release CI restore smoke that creates content, backs up, restores into an empty stack and verifies Home, admin and article, using the latest real backup.

Acceptance criteria

  • Scheduled/release CI creates content and captures a real backup
  • The backup is restored into an empty stack automatically
  • Home, admin and article are verified after the restore
  • The drill also runs monthly against the latest real backup, not only at release

Explicitly out of scope

  • Implementing the backup command itself (E20-S01)
  • Implementing the restore procedure itself (E20-S02)

Test plan

  • Trigger the CI drill and confirm the restored stack passes the Home/admin/article smoke

Rollback note

  • The drill runs in a disposable empty stack; discarding the stack undoes the smoke

Owning stream

platform

Risk quadrant

agent-full
