Parent epic: [E21] Export/import (#49)

Intent

Export the portable product data — site configuration, content, chosen revision history, page compositions, navigation, extension configuration and selected media — alongside the versioned manifest.

Acceptance criteria

Site configuration and content are exported
Chosen revision history and page compositions are exported
Navigation, extension configuration and selected media are exported
The export remains portable across environments

Explicitly out of scope

Defining the versioned manifest format (E21-S01)
Validating an import and rejecting invalid data (E21-S03)
Reporting unavailable extension/block dependencies (E21-S04)

Test plan

Export a populated site and confirm every listed component appears in the output

Rollback note

Export is read-only; no state is mutated and nothing needs rollback
