Intent

Render an unknown block type as a controlled fallback.

Acceptance criteria

An unknown block type renders a controlled fallback.
The fallback never throws or renders raw input.

Explicitly out of scope

HTML injection sanitisation (E04-S04-T03).

Test plan

A test renders an unknown block and asserts the fallback.

Rollback note

Read-only rendering; no state is changed.
