Intent

Add the core.markdown block (v1.1) as the primary authoring block per section 13.1.

Acceptance criteria

core.markdown joins the initial block set as the primary authoring block.
props.source is CommonMark plus GFM with raw HTML disabled.
Rendering flows through one server-side pipeline ending in one sanitiser.
A v0.1 post is a single core.markdown block by default.

Explicitly out of scope

Block editor splitting documents into finer blocks (later sprint).

Test plan

Renderer tests verify GFM output and raw-HTML sanitisation.

Rollback note

Append-only block; existing markdown blocks are never bulk-converted.
