Intent

Keep Amber colours, fonts and tokens only in the theme extension.

Acceptance criteria

Amber colours, fonts and tokens live only in the theme extension
No Amber token is referenced from core renderer packages

Explicitly out of scope

Core renderer contains no Amber branch (E07-S02-T02)
Amber approximates source design language (E07-S02-T03)

Test plan

Automated search of core packages for Amber token references

Rollback note

Revert the Amber token package and redeploy; core remains unaffected
