Intent

Make the Home renderer depend on section contracts rather than concrete section implementations.

Acceptance criteria

The Home renderer depends on section contracts
No concrete section implementation logic lives in the renderer

Explicitly out of scope

Section registry registrations (that is E08-S02)
Section administration UI (that is E09-S01 through E09-S04)

Test plan

Render / and confirm each section renders through its contract

Rollback note

Revert the renderer change to restore the prior rendering
