Intent

Generate the section settings form from JSON Schema so new settings need no form code changes.

Acceptance criteria

The settings form is generated from JSON Schema
A new Boolean setting renders with zero form code changes

Explicitly out of scope

Section list/editor (that is E09-S01)
Reorder and enable/disable (that is E09-S02 and E09-S03)

Test plan

Add a Boolean setting to a test schema and confirm it renders without form changes

Rollback note

Revert the form code; no data change since generation is code-only
