Intent

Implement editing of the site identity fields — name, description and canonical URL.

Acceptance criteria

The owner can edit the site name and description
The owner can edit the canonical URL

Explicitly out of scope

Navigation CRUD (that is E10-S02)
Footer configuration (that is E10-S03)

Test plan

Edit each identity field and confirm persistence and render

Rollback note

Restore prior values via the editor
