Intent

Deliver the manifest contract artifacts: the TypeScript type, the JSON Schema, and the developer documentation.

Acceptance criteria

Ships the ExtensionManifestV1 TypeScript type with the documented manifest fields.
Ships a JSON Schema that validates a manifest.
Ships developer documentation covering the manifest fields and namespaced ID rules.

Explicitly out of scope

The extension context (E11-S02) and compatibility validator (E11-S03).
Persisting extension state (E11-S04).

Test plan

Type-check a valid manifest and validate valid/invalid manifests against the JSON Schema.

Rollback note

Remove the published type, schema, and docs; no runtime data is involved.
