Intent

Strip EXIF and GPS from every public image object so no private metadata reaches the public volume.

Acceptance criteria

Strip all metadata from every re-encoded image so EXIF and GPS are absent from public objects
Bake orientation in and then drop it so camera serial data never reaches the public volume

Explicitly out of scope

Derivative width generation is covered by E29-S02-T02
Original-bytes-never-served is covered by E29-S02-T03

Test plan

Upload an image carrying EXIF and GPS and assert no public derivative contains it

Rollback note

Reprocess stored originals after rollback; no schema change
