Parent story: [E19-S03] Initial site wizard (#132)

Intent

Implement the initial site wizard that collects only required product data and applies the automatic enable/default/composition steps.

Acceptance criteria

  • The wizard collects only site name, canonical URL and administrator credentials
  • Blog and Node are enabled and Node is set as default automatically
  • The Home intro and post list composition are created automatically

Explicitly out of scope

  • Detecting the uninitialised installation state (E19-S01)
  • Creating the administrator account (E19-S02)

Test plan

  • Run the wizard on a fresh install and verify the automatic steps all complete

Rollback note

  • Restore the empty database snapshot to revert to the pre-wizard state
