Intent

Measure and bound key public page query counts and detect N+1 regressions.

Acceptance criteria

Key public page query counts are measured and bounded.
N+1 block access regressions are detected and fail the check.

Explicitly out of scope

Zero-JS public assertion (E25-S01) and the reference benchmark (E25-S03).

Test plan

Automated test counting queries and asserting no N+1 access on key pages.

Rollback note

No state change; test-only rollback.
