Intent

Verify that an extension activation exception degrades safely: only the failing extension is disabled while the platform remains available (section 65).

Acceptance criteria

An activation exception disables only the failing extension.
The platform core remains available with a clear diagnostic.

Explicitly out of scope

Missing media (E26-T09) and other E26 failure modes.

Test plan

Throw during activation and assert the extension degrades while the platform stays available.

Rollback note

Test-only; fixing the extension restores activation.
