Parent epic: [E16] Theme contract verification (#44)

Intent

Create a deliberately different internal light theme to expose leaked Amber assumptions; it does not have to ship publicly.

Acceptance criteria

  • The test theme requires no changes to core packages
  • Different body and UI fonts can be used by the test theme
  • A light background with correct contrast renders properly
  • Theme resolution recognises both Amber and the test theme
  • All component-gallery states remain usable in the test theme

Explicitly out of scope

  • Shipping the test theme publicly
  • The component gallery and failure scenarios (E16-S01, E16-S03)

Test plan

  • Apply the test theme, run the gallery, and switch via the theme selector

Rollback note

  • Remove the development-only test theme; no data migration
