Confirm theme resolution and the selector recognise both Amber and the test theme.

Acceptance criteria

Theme resolution recognises both Amber and the test theme
The theme selector can switch between the two themes

Explicitly out of scope

No-core-changes, fonts, contrast, and gallery states (T01..T03, T05)

Test plan

Switch between Amber and the test theme via the selector and verify resolution

Rollback note

Revert any selector or resolution change; no data migration
