Intent

Validate each discovered manifest against the manifest JSON Schema.

Acceptance criteria

Each manifest is validated against the manifest JSON Schema.
An invalid manifest fails validation with a diagnostic.

Explicitly out of scope

Extension ID uniqueness and duplicate detection (T03/T05).

Test plan

Schema tests exercise valid and invalid manifests.

Rollback note

Validation is read-only; invalid manifests are rejected, not stored.
