Intent

Implement the minimum content-type, block, and theme registries.

Acceptance criteria

Content-type, block, and theme registries are implemented.
Each registry exposes a public contract usable by Blog and Node.

Explicitly out of scope

Full extension lifecycle and migrations (Sprint 3).

Test plan

Contract tests verify Blog and Node use the public interfaces.

Rollback note

Registries are code-level; no persistent data to migrate.
