Parent epic: [E02] Minimal extension runtime (#30)

Intent

Implement the minimum content-type, block, and theme registries so Blog and Node consume them through public contracts.

Acceptance criteria

A content-type registry is implemented with a public contract.
A block registry is implemented with a public contract.
A theme registry is implemented with a public contract.
Blog and Node consume these registries via the public contracts.

Explicitly out of scope

Full extension lifecycle and migration support (Sprint 3).

Test plan

Contract tests verify Blog and Node use the public registry interfaces.

Rollback note

Registries are code-level and reversible; no data migration.
