Have core-blog register the core.post content type.

Acceptance criteria

core-blog registers the core.post content type.
The type is visible via the content-type registry.

Explicitly out of scope

Generic persistence of the registered type (E04-S01-T02).

Test plan

A test asserts core-blog registers core.post.

Rollback note

Registration is code-driven; revert unregisters the type.
