Intent

core-blog contributes the core.post content type through the content-type registry so core persistence can store it generically.

Acceptance criteria

core-blog registers the core.post content type.
Core persistence stores a registered content type without a blog-specific branch.
An unknown or unregistered content type cannot be created or published.
Ownership of each content type is recorded by extension.

Explicitly out of scope

Content application commands and slug/publish rules (E04-S02).

Test plan

Tests register a type and verify generic persistence and ownership recording.

Rollback note

Type registration is code-driven; no migration is introduced.
