Intent

Record the owning extension for each content type.

Acceptance criteria

Each content type records its owning extension.
Ownership is persisted and retrievable.

Explicitly out of scope

Generic persistence without a blog branch (E04-S01-T02).

Test plan

A test registers a type and asserts ownership is recorded.

Rollback note

Data field addition; revert removes the ownership field.
