Intent

Make each entry point to its current revision.

Acceptance criteria

  • Each content entry points to its current revision.
  • The pointer updates to the latest revision after an edit.

Explicitly out of scope

  • Transactional pointer integrity (E04-S03-T04).

Test plan

  • A test edits and asserts the entry points to the latest revision.

Rollback note

  • Single-row pointer; reverting it restores the prior target.
