Intent

Store content as immutable revisions where each entry points to its current revision.

Acceptance criteria

Editing a content item creates a new immutable revision.
Revision numbers are unique per content item.
Each entry points to its current revision.
A transaction prevents orphaned or inconsistent current revisions.
Prior revisions remain readable to the admin service.

Explicitly out of scope

Author-facing revision history UI (later sprints).

Test plan

Tests verify revision creation, pointer integrity, and admin reads of prior revisions.

Rollback note

Revisions are append-only; a bad pointer is repairable via transaction.
