Parent story: [E06-S01] Admin application shell (#75)

Intent

Serve the four initial admin application shell screens.

Acceptance criteria

  • /admin/login, /admin/posts, /admin/posts/new and /admin/posts/:id are served
  • Each screen renders its expected shell without console errors

Explicitly out of scope

  • Draft editor fields and save behaviour (E06-S02)
  • Publish action and visibility transitions (E06-S03)

Test plan

  • Manual navigation of all four screens in a running instance

Rollback note

  • Revert the admin shell routes and redeploy; no data migration
