Intent

Provide the initial admin application shell with the four screens /admin/login, /admin/posts, /admin/posts/new and /admin/posts/:id.

Acceptance criteria

Admin shell serves the /admin/login screen
Admin shell serves the /admin/posts listing screen
Admin shell serves the /admin/posts/new screen
Admin shell serves the /admin/posts/:id editor screen

Explicitly out of scope

Draft editor fields and save behaviour (E06-S02)
Publish action and visibility transitions (E06-S03)

Test plan

Manual navigation through all four screens in a running instance

Rollback note

Revert the admin shell routes and redeploy; no data migration involved
