Intent

Make the server the source of validation truth for draft fields.

Acceptance criteria

Server validates all draft fields as the source of truth
Client-side checks do not bypass server validation

Explicitly out of scope

Failed validation preserves editor state (E06-S02-T02)
Successful save can be re-opened (E06-S02-T03)

Test plan

Automated test bypasses client checks and asserts server rejection

Rollback note

Revert validation change and redeploy previous build
