Parent epic: [E06] Minimal authoring (#34)

Intent

The draft editor manages title, slug and initial block content with a save-draft action, where the server is the source of validation truth.

Acceptance criteria

Server is the source of validation truth for draft fields
A failed validation preserves the editor state for correction
A successful save can be re-opened without data loss

Explicitly out of scope

Admin application shell screens and routing (E06-S01)
Publish action with atomic visibility (E06-S03)

Test plan

Automated test submits an invalid draft and asserts preserved editor state
Manual save then reopen confirms field persistence

Rollback note

Revert editor changes and redeploy; drafts already saved remain valid
