Register Amber through the public ThemeDefinitionV1 contract.

Acceptance criteria

Amber registers through the public ThemeDefinitionV1 contract
Registration requires no core code changes or Amber-specific branch

Explicitly out of scope

Amber tokens and design language (E07-S02)
Article server-side rendering (E07-S03)

Test plan

Automated test registers Amber via ThemeDefinitionV1 and asserts resolution

Rollback note

Revert the Amber registration and redeploy; core remains unaffected
