Parent epic: [E07] Node and public SSR (#35)

Intent

Provide the minimum Theme API v1 so a theme registers through the public ThemeDefinitionV1 contract.

Acceptance criteria

Public ThemeDefinitionV1 contract exists for theme registration
A theme can register through ThemeDefinitionV1 without core changes
Core renderer consumes themes via the public v1 API only

Explicitly out of scope

Amber theme tokens and design language (E07-S02)
Article server-side rendering (E07-S03)

Test plan

Automated test registers a theme through ThemeDefinitionV1 and asserts resolution

Rollback note

Revert the API surface and redeploy; themes using only v1 remain compatible
