Intent

Return article HTML from the server for a published article.

Acceptance criteria

Server returns article HTML for a published article request
HTML contains the article's rendered content

Explicitly out of scope

Works with JS disabled (E07-S03-T02)
Title, metadata and blocks render semantically (E07-S03-T03)
Canonical URL, missing/draft 404 and quote/code behaviours (E07-S03-T04/T05/T06)

Test plan

Automated request returns 200 HTML for a published article

Rollback note

Revert the SSR handler and redeploy previous build
