Intent

Render the article so it works with JavaScript disabled.

Acceptance criteria

Published article renders fully with JavaScript disabled
No client-side script is required to view article content

Explicitly out of scope

Server returns article HTML (E07-S03-T01)
Title, metadata and blocks render semantically (E07-S03-T03)
Canonical URL, missing/draft 404 and quote/code behaviours (E07-S03-T04/T05/T06)

Test plan

Render with JS disabled and assert article content is present

Rollback note

Revert the renderer change and redeploy previous build
