Parent story: [E07-S03] Article SSR (#80)

Intent

Return 404 for missing or draft articles.

Acceptance criteria

  • Missing article returns a 404 response
  • Draft article returns a 404 response on the public route

Explicitly out of scope

  • Server returns article HTML (E07-S03-T01)
  • Works with JS disabled (E07-S03-T02)
  • Title/metadata/blocks, canonical URL and quote/code behaviours (E07-S03-T03/T04/T06)

Test plan

  • Automated requests for missing and draft articles return 404

Rollback note

  • Revert public route change and redeploy previous build
