Parent story: [E08-S01] PageComposition persistence (#81)

Intent

Persist ordered, versioned section instances for the Home page so the owner's arrangement is durable.

Acceptance criteria

  • Ordered section instances are persisted for the Home page
  • Each persisted section instance records its version
  • Reloading reconstructs the same ordered, versioned instances

Explicitly out of scope

  • Section registry registrations (that is E08-S02)
  • Site intro and post list section implementations (that is E08-S03 and E08-S04)

Test plan

  • Persist two ordered sections, reload, and confirm order and versions match

Rollback note

  • Revert the persistence commit and drop persisted section instances to remove
