Parent epic: [E08] Home composition (#36)

Intent

Persist ordered, versioned section instances for the Home page (/) so the owner's section arrangement survives restarts and can be rebuilt deterministically.

Acceptance criteria

  • Ordered section instances for the Home page are persisted
  • Each persisted section instance carries a version identifier
  • The Home page rebuilds its section list from persisted state

Explicitly out of scope

  • Registering the core.site-intro and core.post-list sections (that is E08-S02)
  • Rendering the Home page from section contracts (that is E08-S05)

Test plan

  • Persist an ordered set of sections, restart the app, and confirm order and versions are preserved

Rollback note

  • Revert the persistence change to return to the previous static Home composition
