Parent story: [E08-S02] Section registry (#82)

Intent

Register the two initial Home sections, core.site-intro and core.post-list, in the section registry.

Acceptance criteria

core.site-intro is registered as a section
core.post-list is registered as a section
Both registrations resolve through the section registry

Explicitly out of scope

Site intro settings schema (that is E08-S03)
Post list section behaviour (that is E08-S04)

Test plan

Query the registry and confirm both section IDs resolve

Rollback note

Remove the two registrations and revert the commit
