Parent epic: [E08] Home composition (#36)

Intent

Register the initial Home sections so the composition layer can resolve core.site-intro and core.post-list through the section registry.

Acceptance criteria

core.site-intro is registered in the section registry
core.post-list is registered in the section registry
Both registrations resolve through the section registry API

Explicitly out of scope

Site intro section settings schema (that is E08-S03)
Post list section settings and behaviour (that is E08-S04)

Test plan

Query the section registry and confirm both initial registrations resolve

Rollback note

Remove the two registrations and revert the commit to restore prior state
