Intent

Make newest-first the stable default ordering for the post list section.

Acceptance criteria

Posts default to newest-first order
The default ordering is stable across renders

Explicitly out of scope

Published-only filtering (that is E08-S04-T01)
Empty state rendering (that is E08-S04-T03)
Content query service usage (that is E08-S04-T04)

Test plan

Create posts with distinct dates and confirm the newest renders first consistently

Rollback note

Revert the ordering change to restore the prior default
