Parent epic: [E08] Home composition (#36)

Intent

Provide the core.post-list section listing published posts with configurable limit, date, excerpt and order settings, defaulting to newest-first.

Acceptance criteria

Only published posts appear in the post list section
Posts default to a stable newest-first ordering
An empty list renders a defined empty state
The section uses the content query service rather than querying the DB directly
The section exposes limit, show-date, show-excerpt and order settings

Explicitly out of scope

Site intro section rendering (that is E08-S03)
Home SSR rendering of section contracts (that is E08-S05)

Test plan

Publish a post and confirm it appears, then unpublish it and confirm it is excluded
Create zero posts and confirm the empty state renders without errors

Rollback note

Remove the section registration and revert the commit
