Intent

Implement the schema-driven generic settings admin renderer.

Acceptance criteria

Renders settings controls from the extension's settings schema.
Supports the initial control set: string, multiline, Boolean, integer, decimal, select, multi-select, URL, and colour.

Explicitly out of scope

Persisting settings by extension ID (E12-S01) and server validation (E12-S03).

Test plan

Render a schema exercising all nine controls and assert each input appears.

Rollback note

Revert the renderer; it makes no data changes itself.
