Parent epic: [E12] Schema-driven extension settings (#40)

Intent

Render a generic settings form in admin driven by an extension's settings schema, supporting the initial control set without per-extension UI.

Acceptance criteria

The admin renders settings controls from the extension's settings schema rather than hard-coded per-extension forms.
Supports the initial control set: string, multiline, Boolean, integer, decimal, select, multi-select, URL, and colour.
The form remains generic so a new extension requires no feature-specific admin UI.

Explicitly out of scope

Persisting settings by extension ID (E12-S01).
Server-side validation enforcement (E12-S03).

Test plan

Render a schema exercising each of the nine initial controls and assert the correct input appears for each.

Rollback note

Revert the renderer; no data is changed by the renderer itself.
