Intent

Disable an extension so contributions disappear while data and settings remain.

Acceptance criteria

Deactivates the extension's contributions while its data and settings remain stored.

Explicitly out of scope

The missing block fallback (E14-S02) and re-enable (E14-S03).

Test plan

Disable an extension and assert contributions are gone while settings rows persist.

Rollback note

Re-enable the extension to restore contributions.
