Parent story: [E14-S03] Re-enable (#105)

Intent

Re-enable an extension so its original data and configuration return.

Acceptance criteria

Restores the extension's original data and configuration and reactivates its contributions.

Explicitly out of scope

Disable (E14-S01) and missing block fallback (E14-S02).

Test plan

Disable then re-enable and assert contributions and settings match their pre-disable values.

Rollback note

Disable the extension again; data and settings remain stored.
