Intent

Verify that Amber-specific CSS and token values exist only in the theme-amber extension.

Acceptance criteria

Amber-specific CSS and token values exist only in theme-amber
No core package contains Amber-specific token values

Explicitly out of scope

Core import audit, bootstrap reference, and fallback (E15-S02-T02..T04)

Test plan

Grep/static audit confirms Amber tokens are absent from core packages

Rollback note

Move any leaked tokens back into theme-amber; no data migration
