Intent

Ensure default bootstrap references the Amber ID only as initial configuration, never as runtime special-casing.

Acceptance criteria

Bootstrap references the Amber ID only as initial configuration
No runtime branch special-cases the Amber theme ID

Explicitly out of scope

Token location, core imports, and fallback (E15-S02-T01, T02, T04)

Test plan

Inspect bootstrap config and test that the initial theme is replaceable

Rollback note

Revert the bootstrap configuration change; no data migration
