Intent

Publish compliant MP4 uploads with a generated poster frame.

Acceptance criteria

Accept an MP4 with H.264 video and AAC audio and publish it with a poster frame
Probe dimensions and duration on ingest to generate the poster frame

Explicitly out of scope

Non-compliant file rejection is covered by E29-S04-T02

Test plan

Upload a compliant MP4 and assert it publishes with a generated poster frame

Rollback note

Roll back the publish path; media records are unchanged
