Parent epic: [E29] Media pipeline (#55)

Intent

Accept compliant MP4 uploads and render core.video with a generated poster frame, rejecting anything outside the supported profile.

Acceptance criteria

Accept MP4 files with H.264 video and AAC audio and publish them with a poster frame
Probe dimensions and duration on ingest to generate the poster frame
Reject non-compliant files with a message naming the required export settings
Perform no transcoding in v1; defer any future transcoding to a new worker job type

Explicitly out of scope

Transcoding in v1 is explicitly excluded from this story
Image derivative processing is covered by E29-S02

Test plan

Upload a compliant MP4 and assert it publishes with a generated poster frame
Upload a non-compliant file and assert the documented guidance message

Rollback note

Roll back the video block and reject path; no schema migration
