Intent

Implement the keyboard journey suite that exercises critical admin and public journeys without pointer input.

Acceptance criteria

The suite traverses critical admin and public journeys with keyboard input only.
The suite asserts visible focus during keyboard traversal.
The suite covers login, draft editor, publish, home, and article navigation.

Explicitly out of scope

Reduced motion (E23-S02), focus/semantic audit (E23-S03), and extension checklist (E23-S04).

Test plan

Run the suite in CI and confirm every journey passes keyboard-only with visible focus.

Rollback note

No data or state change; removing the suite is a test-only rollback.
