Intent

Make the footer configurable and theme-rendered, removing prototype-specific hardware/status strings from core.

Acceptance criteria

The footer is configurable by the owner
The footer is rendered through the theme
No prototype-specific hardware or status strings remain in core

Explicitly out of scope

Site identity editing (that is E10-S01)
Navigation CRUD (that is E10-S02)

Test plan

Change footer content in the admin and confirm the themed render updates; search core for leftover prototype strings

Rollback note

Restore prior footer content; revert any core string removals
