Parent epic: [E11] Extension API v1 (#39)

Intent

Publish the ExtensionContextV1 object passed to extensions, exposing only EPPP-owned narrow services and hiding application internals.

Acceptance criteria

The context exposes only the documented narrow services: extension, settings, routes, contentTypes, blocks, sections, themes, jobs, events, storage, and logger.
The context does not expose the raw Fastify instance, Kysely instance, pg pool, or other application internals.
Each extension receives its own { id, version } identity through the context.

Explicitly out of scope

The manifest contract (E11-S01).
The compatibility validator (E11-S03).
Persisting extension state (E11-S04).

Test plan

Type-check that ExtensionContextV1 references only the documented service interfaces.
Assert the Fastify/Kysely/pg types are not reachable from the public SDK surface.

Rollback note

Remove the published context type; no runtime data or migrations are involved.
